Perishable Products
We cannot accept returns of perishable products. If you're unhappy with a perishable item from Fish For Skeptics, please reach out to us at fish@forskeptics.com within seven (7) days of receiving it. Based on the situation, we may in our sole discretion, choose to either replace the product at no extra cost, offer a full or partial refund, or provide Credits for future orders under your Membership.
We might ask for photos of the product you're dissatisfied with before we process a replacement, refund, or Credit.
Non-Perishable Products
For non-perishable items, you can return them within thirty (30) days of receipt. Contact us at fish@forskeptics.com and follow the return instructions we provide. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Fish For Skeptics retains ownership of returned items only once they arrive at our or our third-party partner's fulfillment center.
Credits
Occasionally, we may issue customer experience credits for reasons such as delayed deliveries or other service issues. These promotional Credits will automatically apply to your next eligible order under your Membership. Credits are specific to the type of product for which they were issued, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Credits are valid for one year from the issue date, provided you maintain an active Membership with Fish For Skeptics. If your Membership is canceled, any unused Credits will expire immediately. Credits can be redeemed only after being applied to your account. For any concerns regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at fish@forskeptic.com. Our decisions regarding Credit balances are final.
